Job Description

As a Product Manager in the User Services Team, you will own critical enterprise platform user flows, such as license/credit management, authentication, and RBAC. You'll be the voice of the customer, driving the strategy and roadmap to enhance and expand our platform, focusing on exceptional user experiences and maximising client value. This role is critical to upleveling our understanding of users, improving existing features, and introducing new capabilities to ensure our product continues to meet evolving customer needs. You will own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing components of our platform, ensuring their needs and feedback shape product decisions. You'll drive improvements to existing features and develop new capabilities, research customer pain points, engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, and partner cross-functionally with various teams.
