The Role:
- We are looking for a senior backend engineer to own features end-to-end.
- This is an individual contributor role with influence over engineering standards.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and ship robust full stack features in Rails and Hotwire.
- Own data modeling, database performance, and background job architecture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of backend web development experience, strong with Ruby/Rails.
- Solid database skills with PostgreSQL and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.
