Operations Coordinator (Remote)

Role Overview:

• The Operations Coordinator supports the National Operations Manager and Service Team Leaders to ensure rota management, compliance, and consistency across the Service function.
• This is a remote-based role in the UK working on a 3223-shift pattern to provide cover across the service business, with occasional travel required.

What You Will Do:

• Manage effective rota scheduling, communicate at least six weeks in advance, and proactively handle cover for absences.
• Build and maintain relationships with service team managers and specialists to foster collaboration and alignment with operational goals.
• Work with the National Operations Manager to build and maintain the National Associate Network, and liaise with Finance on commissions and billing.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in agricultural, animal science, or related discipline desirable; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Previous experience dealing with shift patterns and rotas, and building relationships across different business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
