Job Description

The Sales Admin will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring service satisfaction, while managing roughly 50 key accounts in EMEA. Also, this role will engage with potential customers from our extensive lead lists, qualifying leads and assisting in scheduling meetings and preparing presentations. Furthermore, this position maintains and updates CRM data in Salesforce, extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data in Excel to generate account and pipeline reports. The Sales Admin will also prepare summaries and dashboards to support leadership reviews and territory planning, partnering with the General Manager to continuously refine processes for account coverage and lead management.
