Job Description
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ engineers, fostering an inclusive, high-trust culture; hire, manage performance, and create career growth paths for team members; shape team culture, operational excellence, and AI-first engineering practices.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, from roadmap and scoping to launch and iteration; collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, Research, and Operations teams to prioritize initiatives and influence strategy; provide technical leadership across LLM systems.
- Establish engineering excellence practices: code quality, testing, observability, SLOs, incident response, on-call health, and privacy/security best practices; measure business impact through instrumentation and A/B testing; design, operating, and scaling services with SLOs.
