Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration: Prospect and engage employer partners in the assigned semiconductor and electronics domain to qualify their hiring needs for entry-level tech talent.
  • Network Activation: Utilize an existing professional network to generate warm leads and open doors within the first 30 days of the contract.

Contract Structure:

  • Initial engagement is a 180-day contract with compensation of $35-$45 per hour, based on domain expertise and experience.
  • The role is focused on building net new employer relationships where Per Scholas currently lacks capacity, with potential for extension based on pipeline outcomes.
