Support the development of modernized people solutions for HR/People teams and their employees in all aspects of HR/People Operations to improve workplace experiences. Use a human-centric design thinking approach to build client deliverables and provide exceptional client employee experiences. Work on project deliverables in livingHR’s practice areas, focusing on organization design, people operations, HR tech, total rewards, strategy and performance management.
As a Sr. Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact for engagement delivery. You'll lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, budget, and quality standards are met. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client business outcomes. Mentor Managers, Sr. Associates, and Associates.
