Job Description
This is a remote position responsible for managing and overseeing activities for multiple value streams within the revenue cycle. Responsibilities include analyzing data, documenting process flows, coordinating changes, and resolving issues. The role provides ongoing input in the strategic planning of business requirements and corporate objectives for the Revenue Cycle. The Manager develops new, leaner processes and integrates the necessary systems changes to support those processes. This position ensures compliance with all federal, state and local statutes and regulations, as well as all third party payer policies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10 years of healthcare experience including 5 years of management experience. Must have CPC or AHIMA coding credential, experience in clinic/hospital financial operations, and knowledge of billing guidelines and regulations. Must also possess exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service focus, team dynamics expertise, and problem-solving proficiency.
