Associate General Counsel

The Associate General Counsel will play a critical role in supporting Atropos Health’s legal team across a broad spectrum of matters. This position requires a versatile attorney capable of handling diverse legal challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. The role involves significant responsibility for commercial contracting while also providing essential support across key legal areas including intellectual property, employment law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting IP strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing guidance on employment law, and assisting with corporate governance matters.
