Key Responsibilities:
- Execute retention marketing campaigns including Email, SMS, and Direct Mail using Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Perform QA checks, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with creative teams on copy and assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches.
Data & Optimization:
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Assist with A/B testing across subject lines, content, and audience strategies.
- Analyze results to provide recommendations for continuous optimization and growth.
Platform & Support:
- Utilize Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify to execute campaigns effectively and stay informed on trends.
- Support the planning and maintenance of retention marketing calendars and automated lifecycle flows.
- Document processes and test learnings to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Environment:
- Requires 3–5 years in eCommerce or digital marketing with hands-on experience in Klaviyo and Shopify.
- Needs an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across brands.
- This is a fully remote role involving prolonged computer use and frequent virtual collaboration.
