Job Description
This candidate would be joining a small accounting team, where there is room to take on additional responsibility as the role and company grow. This is a full-time, remote position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This role will support efforts to ensure that their industry partners are paid accurately and in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities include: Receive, verify, reconcile, and process all invoices. Process commission payments for affiliate partner. Work with vendors to resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies. Track and manage foreign exchange risks. Assist the Accounting Team with chargebacks and payment disputes. Develop, implement, and optimize accounts payable processes. Assist with bookkeeper inquiries and periodic audits. This position is great for someone who thrives without a lot of structure, works well independently, responds well to change, and who always tries to find a better way of doing things.
