Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery meetings to gather insights and requirements.
• Engage in refinement and readiness activities, defining tasks and estimating effort.
• Collaborate with the development team to define architecture and design of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building rapport with clients and translating business needs into user stories.
• Solid background in scope management, backlog management, and Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced English and effective communication skills.
