Second Cook

Work Environment:

• Remote camp facility in Moosonee, ON.
• 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation with 10-12 hour workdays.
• Transportation provided from pickup point.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present cold foods and sandwiches to quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safe food storage.
• Set up and maintain salad bar for lunch and supper.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years cooking experience in similar or institutional setting.
• FoodSafe Level I required; SafeCheck or HACCP an asset.
• Ability to pass WHMIS test with 80% or higher.
