Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement underwriting strategy for traditional and pass-through PBM opportunities.
- Drive full underwriting process, including claims analysis, financial modeling, and contract negotiation support.
- Present underwriting scenarios to leadership and collaborate with sales and account teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; 3+ years of complex financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel and basic SQL proficiency; ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
