You’ll bring together data, insights, and innovation to optimize every stage of the talent cycle—from performance and development planning to succession and retention. This involves leading the full talent management cycle, designing resources to bring the talent strategy to life, and using data-driven insights to inform workforce decisions. You will also measure the impact of talent initiatives.
