Job Description

As the Manager of Network Partnerships, you’ll be a key player in driving our strategic 2025 goals through seamless partner management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll build and optimize relationships with point-solution vendors, help refine internal processes for greater efficiency and serve as a trusted connector between our internal teams and external partners. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to think strategically, act decisively, and communicate effectively will directly influence our company’s success and scalability. You will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of vendor partners, maintaining clear and collaborative communication. Foster trust-based, high-performing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor partner performance, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure alignment on KPIs and growth strategies. Contribute to refining internal processes to enhance efficiency across the network. You will Proactively identify partnership opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to exceed targets. Support onboarding, integration, and implementation alongside product, engineering, and project teams. Translate data into insights by partnering with reporting teams on performance metrics, forecasting, and decision-making. Confidently share trends and outcomes with stakeholders to drive accountability and results.
