Manager Revenue Cycle

The Manager of Revenue Cycle is a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, supporting health plans with their revenue optimization. This position involves providing leadership and management for one or more accounts or significant audit support projects, overseeing revenue cycle activities to maximize valid claim identification and overpayment recoveries. Responsibilities include effective financial audit operations management, quality and service assurance, and people management and development. The role requires analyzing revenue streams, recommending pricing changes, and monitoring team efficiency. It also involves developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and providing managerial leadership to the audit team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or business operations, and strong SQL querying skills, plus experience with Tableau.
