Manager Revenue Cycle

The Manager of Revenue Cycle is a member of the Revenue Cycle team within the Yield Management Division. This department may work directly with other members of Yield to ensure department expectations are accomplished. The Manager, Revenue Cycle position is responsible for providing leadership and management for one or more accounts or significant audit support projects. You will oversee audit support revenue cycle activities for assigned account to maximize valid claim identification and overpayment recoveries, meet contractual commitments, and deliver customer satisfaction. Your role will involve financial audit operations management, quality and service assurance, and effective people management and development. You'll hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, analyze revenue streams, recommend changes to pricing, monitor department efficiency, oversee financial operations, enhance workflow processes, compile status reports, and maintain relationships with vendors. You will also manage AR audit services, develop policies, ensure client needs are met, and continually improve efficiency and productivity.
