About the Role:
- We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) who is a master of language, storytelling, and strategic communication.
- You will report to the Creative Director, Copy and work fully remote on West Coast hours.
- This role involves translating complex scientific and medical information into compelling narratives.
What You'll Do:
- Be the brand voice expert, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all written materials.
- Mentor a team of Copywriters and Senior Copywriters, developing their writing skills and strategic thinking.
- Create and refine messaging strategies, crafting compelling and approvable copy that aligns with brand positioning and market insights.
