Primary Duties:
- Lead hybrid infrastructure and identity development for GWS and GCP, including Okta integration and Zero Trust access models.
- Drive automation modernization with scripting and IaC to build self-healing environments and automated user lifecycle management.
Observability & Governance:
- Lead system health via Google Cloud Monitoring and Log Analytics, serving as technical lead for RCAs and SLA/SLO performance tracking.
- Govern automated security monitoring and enforce compliance policies across VPC Service Controls and Google Vault.
Resilience & Leadership:
- Develop and validate Disaster Recovery strategies for multi-region GCP deployments.
- Provide technical mentorship and peer training on Google Cloud best practices and workspace optimization.
