Key Responsibilities:
- Contact landowners directly via in-person, phone, and letters to source acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence on zoning, utilities, surveys, and environmental reports.
- Maintain tracking logs, attend networking events, and monitor municipal agendas for active deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in homebuilding or residential land acquisitions.
- Knowledge of local land market, Fair Housing Laws, and ability to interpret financial/legal documents.
