About the Role:
- You will own the Experimentation-Harness for ALX's AI learning platform, focusing on reducing uncertainty rather than product vision.
- You will be responsible for learner supply and instrumentation, building a repeatable pipeline of beta learners.
What You Will Do:
- Instrument the AI products in partnership with the LLMOps Engineer to capture data for evaluations.
- Run the experiment loop: design experiments, close the loop with data review, and ship improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
- You have end-to-end product experimentation experience, from hypothesis to decision.
- You are technically fluent and can hold your own with engineers, though you don't need to code daily.
