Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the Month-End Close Calendar.
• Prepare high-quality Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Manage the accounting for complex capital structures.

Internal Controls, Compliance, & Risk Mitigation:

• Act as the primary lead for the Annual External Audit.
• Coordinate with external tax firms for the preparation of Federal and State returns.
• Manage the timely submission of all statutory filings.

Operational Excellence & Treasury Oversight:

• Supervise the Accounts Payable function, emphasizing 3-way match accuracy.
• Monitor daily bank positions and assist in the development of weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with the Finance/CFO team to provide the Actuals for Budget vs. Actual analysis.
