Senior Professional Services Engineer - Implementation and Onboarding

Role Overview:

• Act as a hands-on technical consultant, owning customer engagements from kickoff to handover.
• Help customers design, implement, and scale their Cortex setup.
• Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, and leadership to solve real technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations.
• Advise on data modeling strategies and ingestion pipelines.
• Create customer-facing documentation and facilitate enablement workshops.

We're Looking For:

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems and comfort with JSON/YAML.
