What You'll Do:
- Own technical onboarding for new customers, scoping plans and handling SDK implementation, integration, and data mapping.
- Train customers on platform fundamentals so they can build, target, and publish experiences independently.
- Serve as the go-to technical contact for VIP accounts, diagnosing issues and collaborating with Support Engineering.

- Hands-on technical experience with SDKs, APIs, data mapping, and debugging.
- A curious mind and desire to learn — eager to dig in and find answers.
- Empathy and genuine desire to help customers succeed, combined with strong communication skills.
