Digital Health Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The Digital Health Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will perform physical assessments of patients, review their medical history, and interpret diagnostic tests/results to provide effective treatment. They will conduct preventive health screenings based on patient age, history, and unique needs. The role involves educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment, and follow-up care. This position requires maintaining records of all patient care to ensure accurate patient history and performing medical procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines. Identifying ways to improve patient care through assessment, problem-solving, and evaluation of clinical and system issues is also a key responsibility.
