Therapist Supervisor

As a Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping to recruit, onboard, train, support, and manage a team of therapists who provide clinical care to patients and families. You will provide clinical supervision and consultation to therapists, working closely with clinical leadership to create a positive team environment and support therapists in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and OCD. Responsibilities include providing ongoing clinical supervision, assisting with therapist recruitment, setting goals for therapists, tracking performance data, assisting with escalations, supporting training programs, and participating in cross-functional collaboration. There is also an option to provide direct care to patients and families and to provide clinical coverage during therapist absences, as well as performing human resources-related tasks associated with management of individual therapists.
