Operations Research Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop optimization models for workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Own the constraint model end to end and build the schedule optimization engine using OR-Tools/CP-SAT.
• Build and validate production-grade optimization services with monitoring and tests.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing optimization solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with OR-Tools (CP-SAT) or comparable constraint-programming / mixed-integer-programming solvers.
• Strong foundation in linear/integer programming or stochastic optimization, plus proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
