New Partnerships Manager, Affiliates

We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our Account Management team. You will own day-to-day management of affiliate partnerships, including owning reporting and affiliate data, platform data, optimizing performance, and building strong, long-term partner relationships. You will manage and support retailer-paid/barter campaigns to ensure accurate contract fulfillment, quality control, and excellent partner customer service. You will identify areas of efficiency on Babylist to inform upsells and additional flat fee investment. You will track, measure, analyze and report the performance of multiple affiliate partners, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization and upselling strategies. You will organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure all elements are handled according to process and schedule, with a focus on beating deadlines. You will own asset gathering, creation, production, and archiving for campaigns, campaign pacing, performance and optimization opportunities. You will prepare and distribute performance reports, both specific to affiliate partner and general program performance.
