As a Trust & Safety specialist Italian , you will develop subject matter expertise on online abuse. You will investigate user safety incidents reports and apply internal policy guidelines and enforcement actions accordingly. You will escalate/Handle high risks escalations and apply critical thinking based on level of risk. You will also identify opportunities to improve our operational workflows and user policies, report technical bugs, and monitor lives in real-time, taking appropriate actions for user behavior that violates guidelines. You will communicate on new trends seen on the app and suggest ideas and projects to improve Yubo safety product. You will also write a daily report to raise any new trends seen on the app.
