The Bid Manager will coordinate and update research surveys, complete industry-wide surveys, and prepare quarterly investment performance updates. They will also manage client due diligence questionnaires in collaboration with subject matter experts. Supporting the Sales Team in preparing for research meetings and producing regular proposition updates for distribution to strategic accounts is also a key responsibility.
Occasionally, the Bid Manager will support the Client Opportunities channel during peak periods, managing proposals, ensuring timely submissions, and supporting follow-up queries and pitch preparation.
The role involves managing the full process of completing strategic account/industry-wide surveys, collaborating with the Content Manager to keep the central repository current, handling client pricing requests, participating in process improvement initiatives, and fostering connections within the company and externally. Consistently enhancing understanding of products and collaborating with other departments is essential.
