Project Manager - Ports Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all project communication and execution from customer initiation to handover, ensuring success through site travel and internal stakeholder meetings.
• Generate and assign service requests and work packages, review job costs and invoices, and maintain service schedules to maximize operative labor efficiency.
• Procure materials and subcontract labor, process related paperwork promptly, and oversee routine changes to open orders while ensuring compliance with quality control and safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, and PC skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a technical environment.
• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 2-3 years of project planning or execution experience, with a preference for crane technology understanding and prior supervisory experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Involves 25% domestic and international travel and maintaining a valid driver's license with a safe driving record to support on-site project activities and customer engagements.
