Civitas Learning is looking for a QA Analyst to be part of a talented, mission-driven team that is building powerful tools that will greatly increase student success. Our QA analysts are collaborative and encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. We are not dogmatic about specific tools, but focused on using the right tools for the job. We are problem solvers and want to work with people who are passionate about our mission and have a desire to be part of a rapidly expanding, high-performance team. Responsible for testing software by creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and test cases. Collaborate with other team members in software engineering and follow best practices with a focus on improving test coverage. Debug and manage existing bugs, effectively reproducing and logging bugs using QA tools. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities. Perform regression testing, considering system impact. Test current products, identify deficiencies and be proactive about suggesting solutions Act as a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
