Working on the Student Experience Team, this engineer will be a key member of the team tasked with building and maintaining Civitas’ student-facing applications. Engineers on the Student Experience Team are expected to not just think in terms of code, but how their work can best help Civitas’ customers.
Civitas Learning is looking for a QA Analyst to be part of a talented, mission-driven team that is building powerful tools that will greatly increase student success. Responsible for testing software by creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and test cases. Collaborate with other team members in software engineering and follow best practices with a focus on improving test coverage.
Work closely with our team of L3 Engineers to provide high quality support for our software applications built on JavaScript, and C# frameworks. Responsible for resolving bugs, technical issues in the code and improve existing code for reliability and scalability. Provide engineering and product support via email to customers and internal teams. Gather information and prescribe customer steps to resolution for expected vs. actual outcomes.
