What you will do as a VP of Marketing:
- Own and evolve Civitas Learning's marketing strategy, setting multi-year direction.
- Build, resource, and govern the marketing organization with budget and vendor management.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing leadership team.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in SaaS or technology.
- 5+ years leading marketing organizations and scaling teams.
- Proven experience owning a marketing P&L and brand management.
