The Role:
- You will work through a ticket queue, shipping fixes and building tooling that compounds over time.
- You report directly to Engineering and partner with Operations leadership.
What You Will Do Every Day:
- Triage incoming tickets and diagnose the underlying problem.
- Ship fixes, automations, and small tools that solve immediate needs.
What You Will Build:
- An anomaly detector for AI replies, a daily QA sampling tool, scheduling systems, and integrations.
- Some polished products that live for years; some quick scripts that solve one ticket.
