- Inputting into training and skills development programs.
- Establishing methods, standards, best practices, and governance.

- Drive tool adoption and integration across the process transformation landscape.
- Govern the performance, scalability, and evolution of the process capability ecosystem.
Delivery Enablement:
- Collaborate with other capabilities teams to build solutions in alignment with defined scope, cost, time, and quality parameters.
- Support delivery teams with the right process tools, standards, and reusable assets to accelerate execution.
- Monitor and support delivery performance, ensuring process capabilities are effectively applied in transformation programs.
