Job Description
We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are looking for an Unemployment (UI) Claims Analyst to partner with our clients in managing the unemployment claims process and guide communication between the employer and the state agencies. You will report to the Claims Manager.
Coordinate with clients to gather all relevant information necessary to respond to an unemployment claim, prepare and submit a comprehensive response to the unemployment claim that provides the best chance of a successful outcome. You will also file appeals to determinations with state agencies to request hearings be scheduled.
