Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time operational support for live/on-air programming.
- Own incident response during your shift.
- Perform hands-on L1–L3 support for virtualized production systems.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of active experience providing technical support in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills and operational discipline.
- Proven analytical thinking skills, translating data to solve problems.
Additional Requirements:
- This remote position is part of a 24x7x365 support model and requires shift-based coverage, including weekends and holidays.
- On-call participation is required as part of a rotating schedule.
- You must be reachable, present in incident channels, and able to respond in real time.
