The Role:

Serve as a long-term financial partner to clients operating under MSO/PC structures.
Own the numbers month over month, architect systems, and become a trusted voice to leadership and investors.
Navigate capital requirements, entity mechanics, compliance boundaries, and payment flows.

About You:

Direct MSO/PC experience with management fee arrangements and practice-level unit economics.
7–10 years in finance/operations, ideally in healthcare growth sectors.
Excellent Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with financial platforms like QBO, Carta, Rippling.
