Job Description
You are responsible for accepting and processing inquiries, complaints and special cases relating to cars. You support our business customers by telephone with their concerns and find suitable solutions together. You are in regular exchange with other internal departments, e.g. when it comes to assessing technical cases. You approach challenges with a high level of service and solution orientation. You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and ensure a positive experience for our partners. Work full-time from home, anywhere in Germany. Modern IT equipment and IT support are provided. Regular feedback is offered for your professional growth.
