Job Description
Lyra Technology Group is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead the finance and accounting functions at one of their newly acquired operating companies in a Remote capacity (must reside in the United States). This pivotal role will oversee daily financial operations, manage key accounting processes, and collaborate with the U.S.-based accounting team on reporting and analysis. The Controller will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity while providing significant exposure to the organization's operations and growth.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing finance and accounting functions, overseeing daily accounting operations such as general ledger and accounts payable, maintaining SOPs, preparing financial reports, and liaising with business partners. Qualifications include a bachelorβs degree in accounting or finance, 2-5+ years of relevant experience, strong understanding of GAAP, and excellent communication skills.
