Role Overview:
- Remote position based in Mexico for a SNOC Engineer II role.
- Full-time, 1st shift Sunday through Thursday.
- Monthly salary of 38,000 MXN with comprehensive benefits.
Your Mission:
- Take ownership of incidents from detection through resolution, coordinating with teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot complex security, network, systems, and cloud issues while performing root cause analysis.
- Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members and enhance operational documentation.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in SOC, NOC, or related technical support environments.
- Solid understanding of cyber threats, incident response, and networking protocols.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration and familiarity with SIEM platforms.
