Public Safety NOC Technician

The responsibilities of the Public Safety NOC Technician: Provide support for production Public Safety systems and solutions. Troubleshoot issues and bring them to resolution. Recognize and appropriately escalate customer issues to proper resources.

The qualifications for the Public Safety NOC Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of tech support / customer service experience required. Basic understanding of telecommunications equipment and practices.
