Job Description
As Partner Success Manager, you will build the Partner Success Enablement Program from the ground up, including processes, playbooks, certification, and enablement resources that empower partners to manage the customer lifecycle directly. Responsibilities include training and onboarding new partners, establishing partner success metrics, serving as a key liaison for partner delivery teams, and planning regular partner enablement sessions. You will also create partner-specific success metrics, standardize documentation, design onboarding programs, conduct business reviews, foster relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and serve as the Voice of the Partner internally. Continuously refine processes and best practices to improve partner engagement and scalability, and build forecasting models of Partner ARR.
