As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee thriving customer relationships as the customer’s guide to achieving exceptional security, serving as their trusted security advisor. You will review security posture, security alerts and incidents, emerging threats, and any support tickets while documenting and sharing information with teammates and partners/customers.
