Challenge the status quo and review processes for efficiencies to enable scalability. Develop and maintain processes that consistently enable a 10-day month-end close, while ensuring compliance with accounting internal controls.

Homeward is looking for an Accounting Manager to be the high level reviewer over the high volume of Homeward’s real estate property accounting entries and reconciliations, to evaluate the balance sheet and income statement for each of the homes, and to communicate frequently and timely with the Homeward Transactions team to ensure cross-functional alignment.
