The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing and reconciliation of LSAC’s semi-monthly payroll through UKG Pro, providing timely and accurate financial information while engaging in the day-to-day payroll operations. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, collaborating closely with UKG Pro, Finance, and government agencies to address tax-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Collate hours and payments submitted in Workday and transcribe into payroll providers templates. Produce validation and exception reports before submission. Provide advice and support to Managers and Employees in all aspects of pay queries. Build relationships with Management teams to proactively support training needs. Work with payroll providers to resolve queries efficiently. Coordinate bonus and annual salary review data.
