Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings (including Parent company and subsidiaries) and investor communications, including SEC filings such as 8-Ks, 10-Qs and 10-Ks (and associated XBRL requirements), proxy statements, statutory financial statements, earnings releases, earnings presentations, earnings call scripts, and investor conference materials.
Serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert – proactively evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance and recommendations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions. Stay current on FASB and SEC pronouncements and interpret impact to the Company in partnership with internal partners and external auditors.
