As a Collections Specialist in our Team, you will manage customer/account queries to ensure clean sales ledger balances, stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts, and manage due and overdue balances, maximizing On Time Payment for all Customers. You'll notify of uncollectable debt risks, focus on Customer Service, and investigate historical data for each debt.
