As the VP, Community at Mozilla Foundation, you will co-create Mozilla Foundation’s community strategy in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves designing and implementing equitable systems for community participation, leadership, and input across Mozilla’s programs and developing mechanisms to surface community-defined priorities and ensure these are reflected in organizational strategy and resource allocation.
